Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with dhk88

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "dhk88", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the dhk88 platform accessible at dhk88.bio and all associated services, games, and products offered therein.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the dhk88 platform.
• "Account" — the registered user account created by a Player on dhk88.
• "Balance" — the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.

• "Wagering Requirement" — the number of times a Bonus Fund amount must be staked before it can be converted to withdrawable cash.

2. Acceptance of Terms

• You are accessing the Platform as an individual person acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, representative, or nominee of any other person or entity.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which participation in online gambling is prohibited by law. You accept sole personal responsibility for determining the legality of your access to and use of dhk88 in your jurisdiction.
• You have not previously been excluded from dhk88 or any other online gaming platform for conduct that would constitute a breach of these Terms.

3.1 Age Verification Process

dhk88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including at the point of registration, at the point of first withdrawal, or at any subsequent time during the Account relationship. Acceptable documents include a national identity card (NID), passport, or other government-issued identification bearing a date of birth.

Pending satisfactory age verification, dhk88 may place restrictions on the Account including suspension of withdrawal rights. Where age verification reveals that a Player is under 21, the Account will be closed immediately, all Bonus Funds will be forfeited, and any real-money deposits may be returned at dhk88's sole discretion after deducting any winnings derived from those deposits.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Services, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile phone number. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active Account on dhk88. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. dhk88 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are discovered, all such Accounts will be closed, Bonus Funds forfeited, and any winnings derived from promotional offers may be voided.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. dhk88 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify dhk88 immediately at support@dhk88.bio if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4.4 Know Your Customer (KYC)

As part of this programme, we may request identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of the Account relationship. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dhk88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). dhk88 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

5.2 Deposit Rules

All deposits must be made from a payment account or card registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the funding source is owned by someone other than the registered Account holder — are prohibited. Minimum deposit amounts are published in the Cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. dhk88 reserves the right to return a deposit and close an Account if the source of funds is considered suspicious or unverifiable.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a payment account verified as belonging to the Account holder. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes published in the Cashier section. dhk88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. 5.4 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transaction amounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). dhk88 does not support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required when using international payment methods (Visa, Mastercard) is handled at the prevailing exchange rate and any applicable conversion fees are the Player's responsibility.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

dhk88 offers a range of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions which will be published on the relevant promotion page. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Bets placed on certain game types (including but not limited to low-margin bets, certain live casino side bets, and specific slot features) may not contribute fully or at all to wagering requirements. 6.3 Bonus Abuse

dhk88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or arbitrage bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms rather than engage in genuine gaming activity.

6.4 Validity Periods

All bonuses carry an expiry date after which any unused Bonus Funds will be automatically removed from the Account. It is the Player's responsibility to use bonus funds within the stated validity period. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated under any circumstances.

7. Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on dhk88 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport and market. The following general principles apply to all betting activity on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. dhk88 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the real-time availability of markets. dhk88 is not responsible for connectivity issues that affect a Player's ability to place in-play bets.
• In the event of a match or event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules published on the Platform. In general, where fewer than the minimum required overs/minutes/periods are completed, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• dhk88 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of match-fixing, data feed errors, palpable pricing errors, or any circumstances that rendered the original odds materially incorrect.

8. Casino & Game Rules

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on dhk88 and will result in Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform or place bets.

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any winnings arising from known bugs must be reported immediately and will be voided.

• Engaging in chargebacks or reversals of legitimate deposits after placing and losing bets.

11. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without dhk88's prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dhk88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Platform or the Services.

dhk88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

dhk88 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may affect Platform availability from time to time.

13. Privacy & Data

dhk88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. dhk88 uses industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption to protect data in transit and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect data at rest.

14. Amendments to These Terms

dhk88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, dhk88 will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and, where practicable, notify active Players via the email address registered on their Account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Termination

dhk88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, for conduct that dhk88 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its Players, or for any other reason at dhk88's sole discretion. Upon termination, any real-money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) may be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements and deduction of any amounts owed to dhk88.

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting support at support@dhk88.bio. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any withdrawable Balance will be returned to the Player's verified payment method following closure.
